B2B & sales teams
Catch B2B buying intent the moment it shows up
For B2B teams and SDRs: how to catch the public threads where buyers ask which tool to use, and reply while the intent is still hot instead of a week later when the decision is already made.
In B2B, the best moment to reach a buyer is the short window when they are actively deciding. Someone posts “what are you all using for X?” in a community, gets a handful of replies over a day or two, picks one, and moves on. If you find that thread a week later, you are reading the story of a deal you already lost.
Intent is public, and it is time-sensitive
Buyers ask each other for recommendations constantly, in the open. A subreddit for their role, a YouTube comment section under a tutorial, a community for their industry. These “which tool should I use” posts are the clearest buying signal there is, clearer than a whitepaper download, because the person is asking a room of peers to help them choose right now.
The catch is the clock. That thread is valuable for about as long as it is active. Miss the window and the recommendations have already landed, the shortlist is set, and your reply arrives as noise.
Catch the thread while it is live
Describe your product and your ideal buyer, and the agent works out where those buyers ask their questions and watches those communities for you. You do not have to name the subreddits or channels. It reads new posts and comments as they appear and scores them against your description, so a genuine “help me choose” thread rises to the top instead of getting lost.
Because it reads for meaning, it recognizes intent even when your category is never named. “We are outgrowing our spreadsheet, what do bigger teams use?” is a buying signal for a lot of products, and it is exactly the kind of phrasing a keyword alert sails right past.
A reply that answers the question
For each match, you get a draft written for that specific thread. It answers what the person actually asked, in the tone of the community, and lays out why your product fits so you can check it before sending. That is the difference between a helpful recommendation and an ad that gets downvoted.
Your rep reviews it, adjusts anything that needs a human touch, and posts from a real account. The buyer gets a useful answer at the exact moment they were asking for one. That is a far warmer first touch than a cold email into an inbox that never asked to hear from you.
Why timing beats volume
Most outbound is a numbers game against people who are not in the market yet. This flips it. You are reaching fewer people, but every one of them raised their hand in the last day or two. The conversion on “you answered my question while I was deciding” is a different category from “you interrupted my morning.”
Describe your buyer, let the agent find where they gather and flag the live intent, and give your team a reason to reply today instead of finding out about the thread next week.
Try it on your own market
